The "Reconnaissance de la Qualité de Travailleur Handicapé" (RQTH - Recognition of Handicapped Worker Status) is intended for people who are able to work but have difficulty performing certain types of professional activities due to a disability.

RQTH

Due to difficulties in accessing and/or maintaining employment, adults with ADHD can benefit from "Reconnaissance en Qualité de Travailleur Handicapé" (Recognition of Handicapped Worker Status).

Benefits

This status allows you to use
Cap emploi for support in your job search. You will also be entitled to workplace adjustments.

Process

You must send an application to the "Maison Départementale des Personnes Handicapées" (MDPH - Departmental House for Disabled People). The link above provides information on the process and the form to fill out.



Disability Compensation Benefit (PCH)

The Disability Compensation Benefit (PCH) will be available for ADHD and other cognitive or mental disorders from January 1, 2023. This provides financial assistance for care.

PCH

ADHD patients have been eligible for PCH since January 1, 2023. This is a financial aid.

Benefits

The PCH is financial aid paid by the department that covers certain costs.

You must fill out the form corresponding to your department on the service-public website.
